Jumbo
A basic vacuuming machine available in various sizes. The ideal entry-level model if you don’t need any extra options. Equipped with time control, 1-program memory and double or cut-off sealing.
Highlights
1 program memory
Offers the possibility of programming 1 program
Time control
Manually sets the vacuuming time
Automatic Service Report
Automatic maintenance notification when the specified number of cycles has been reached. Standard on all Henkelman machines.
Pump cleaning program
Maintains the condition of the machine by removing moisture from the pump preventing corrosion.
Insert plates
Adjusts the product to the correct position in relation to the sealing bar for optimal packaging. This also reduces the volume of the chamber and speeds up the vacuuming process.
Easy to use
With a maximum of 1 pre-set program and a simple operating system, the Jumbo is quite easy to operate.
Available in various sizes
Jumbo offers a series of table models in various sizes and with various pump capacities, depending on the (size of) products you want to vacuum pack.
Easy to clean
The Jumbo series is finished with rounded edges inside the vacuuming chamber. The removeable sealing bars make cleaning very easy.
Extra options
Customize your Henkelman
Sensor control
Detects the vacuum pressure and automatically stops the process when the preset vacuum percentage is reached
Universal trolley (table model)
Stainless steel trolley with shelves and swiveling wheels with brakes. Provides mobility and storage space.
Maintenance kit (table model)
Contains all the necessary equipment for a maintenance service for Henkelman table models
Inclined insert plate
Positions the vacuum bag at an angle. This makes it easier and more efficient to vacuum pack fluids and powders.

Frequently asked questions
Sensor control measures the air pressure in the vacuuming chamber. Once the pre-programmed pressure has been reached, the machine initiates the next step in the vacuum packing process. With time control, the vacuum packing machine runs for a pre-set length of time. The vacuuming cycle stops when this time-limit is reached. The vacuum packaging result can therefore differ between products. Sensor control gives a more consistent vacuum packing result.
A product’s shelf life is highly dependent on the residual amount of oxygen in the packaging. A Jumbo removes up to 99.8% of all oxygen from a package. This is called the final vacuum. The final vacuum is significantly lower with a vacuum sealer. This also results in a shorter shelf life of your product, which is also why vacuum sealers are mainly suited for domestic use.
A Jumbo vacuum packing machine is equipped with a 1-program operating system. A Boxer is equipped with a 10-program operating system. There are also several optional extras for the Boxer, such as Liquid Control or gas flushing (Modified Atmosphere Packaging).
