Become a certified Henkelman dealer
We only work with qualified dealers when selling Henkelman machines. Together we help companies in the catering, retail and (non-) food industries all over the world to work more efficiently with top-quality vacuum packing machines. To join this global network, you must meet certain requirements. On the other hand, you can also expect several things from Henkelman.
What can you expect as a dealer?
Education and training
Our dealers receive free product and technical training. These training sessions are organised several times a year at our premises in 's-Hertogenbosch or on location.
Certified Service Partner Program
Henkelman has a certified service partner program. If your organisation meets all the requirements, you can take part.
Fast delivery
All our machines are made specifically for you once an order is placed. We do this quickly and efficiently. We have almost all parts in stock.
Technical support
If you or your customer has a technical query and you can’t find the answer, our colleagues are available to help from Monday to Friday 8:00-18:00 (CET).
Service & warranty
If a product needs to be replaced, we will send it to you within 24 hours on weekdays. All our machines have a standard 3-year warranty.
Marketing tools
At Henkelman we are always improving and developing our marketing tools, such as the website, brochures and flyers as well as various Point-of-Sale materials. These are available to you as a dealer.
