Aura
Effortlessly create perfectly vacuum-packed products with the advanced software of the Aura. Simply select the product or image on the Henkelman H-touch control panel and the Aura automatically enables (or disables) the correct functionalities. We call this intelligent form of vacuum-packing I-vac. With dozens of pre-set products, the Aura ensures that everyone can perfectly vacuum pack every product. Functions such as liquid control, marinating and multistep-vacuum are standard and fully integrated on the Aura.

Highlights
Soft air
This enables the optimal vacuum packing of sharp or sensitive products without damaging the product or vacuum bag.
Sensor control
Detects the vacuum pressure and automatically stops the process when the preset vacuum percentage is reached.
Red meat function
Short injections of air prevent the degassing of meat during the sealing phase. This ensures a longer shelf life and prevents air bubbles in the packaging.

The Aura is the first product in the assortment with the exclusive, advanced, full colour Henkelman H-touch control panel. This makes it even easier to operate the machine. The modern touch screen with icons makes navigating between all the available options so simple that every user can easily find the program they need. Then it’s just click & go. Because one thing is clear: this innovative user interface makes packaging easier than ever.
Elegant Dutch Design
This vacuum-packing machine has been designed not only to be extremely user friendly, but also to be a feast for the eyes. The beautiful rounded corners and the large, integrated H-touch control panel look great in open kitchens or shops. Partly due to the seamless transition between (inner) chamber and outer casing, this model is easy to keep clean in accordance with hygiene standards. This Henkelman table model is also designed to be connected (at a later date) to a gas flushing system or label printer if required.

Gas Flush / MAP packaging
Extends the shelf-life and protects vulnerable products from distortion and discoloration through the addition of preservative gas
Inclined insert plate
Positions the vacuum bag at an angle. This makes it easier and more efficient to vacuum pack fluids and powders.
Universal trolley (table model)
Stainless steel trolley with shelves and swiveling wheels with brakes. Provides mobility and storage space.
External adapter
Enables an optimal vacuum in external containers such as gastro-norm containers.
Maintenance kit (table model)
Contains all the necessary equipment for a maintenance service for Henkelman table models
