A double chamber vacuum packing machine is more compact and much cheaper than two separate floor model units.
No. A Henkelman vacuum packing machine is not suitable for cleaning with a high-pressure washer.
Yes. All our double chamber vacuum packing floor models are fitted with castors, so you can easily move it around.
This depends on the model. On some Henkelman vacuum packing machines such as the Polar 2-75, Polar 2-85 and the Atmoz 2-90, the rear sealing bar is too far away, making it impossible to reach from the front. You will therefore need 2 operators. Smaller models do not have this problem and 1 operator should be sufficient. However, you can still choose to have 2 operators for faster production and higher output.
A double chamber vacuum packing machine can be used for up to 8 hours a day according to the guidelines. It is important that there is sufficient ventilation around the machine to prevent overheating. Some machines can also be upgraded with a heavy duty option, making them operational for up to 20 hours a day.
